By using the WellFest 2026 website and registering through our linked Luma event pages, you agree to these terms. The event is organized by CounterFin in partnership with community organizations.
WellFest is a free public event unless otherwise noted (e.g., paid vendor tiers). We reserve the right to modify the schedule, venue details, or programming. Attendance is at your own risk; please follow staff directions and park rules.
Submitting a vendor request or performer application does not guarantee acceptance. Vendor fees are due per the tier selected; booth assignment follows payment confirmation. Performer slots are curated and selected artists will be contacted directly.
Sponsor interest forms are non-binding until a written agreement is executed. Tier benefits and pricing are subject to availability.
